Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
These policies define how Grow With Mighty LLC (doing business as Mighty) fulfills orders and payments made via the payment processor Stripe.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person on this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions, whether therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to Grow With Mighty LLC. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, aiming to meet the Client’s needs concerning the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the State of New York. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Fulfillment Policy
At Mighty, we prioritize customer satisfaction and take all service-related complaints seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) explains our delivery policy and guidelines for refunds related to services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for any potential refunds. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Description of Services
At Mighty, we offer the following services:
Content Production: We create engaging and strategic content tailored to your brand’s goals. This includes written content, videos, graphics, and other digital assets designed to drive growth and improve brand visibility.
Paid Social Management: We manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Our approach involves strategic ad placements, ongoing optimization, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
Delivery Policy
We provide digital marketing services. Services are delivered electronically and/or telephonically, according to client requests.
Refunds
We may offer refunds under the following conditions:
If the service has not been performed at all during the contract term.
Exceptions
We may refuse to grant refunds in the following cases:
You received what you ordered but changed your mind about the service.
You were aware of potential service issues before purchase.
You did not like your purchase or later realized you had no use for it.
You received the service/product but did not report any issues within 7 days of receipt.
Return Policy
Since we provide digital marketing services, no returns can be made. However, under certain circumstances, refunds may be considered, as outlined above.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 15 days’ written notice to cancel a contract with Mighty.
Project Abandonment
If, after repeated attempts by Mighty to initiate, continue, or finalize service delivery, the Client fails to engage or becomes unresponsive for thirty (30) days, the project may be deemed abandoned. In such cases, Mighty may reduce any potential refunds to zero, and the Client agrees to forfeit any amounts paid under the terms of the original Work Order, where applicable.
Administrative Fee
All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee.
How to Make a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and are eligible for a refund under this Policy, email admin@growwithmighty.com detailing your complaint, and we will promptly verify it. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or rejected. For more information about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
